COVID Update: North American Operation Closure

Letter from Chief of Operations Jimmy Banish:

TBF Community,

The COVID-19 pandemic is taking over communities around the world at an astounding rate. While testing availability in the United States is beginning to ramp up, the extent of the virus’s spread is largely unknown, we want to do our part to protect everyone. The safety of our employees and our communities is our top priority, and we are taking responsible precautions to help stop the spread of this intimidating virus where we can.

With this in mind we are temporarily closing our operations in the United States. Our global Distributors’ operations may continue on a modified work schedule determined by the climate in their countries of operation.

We will continue to receive orders through our website at this time but will not be processing orders until we are able to evaluate the status of the pandemic for the week of March 30th. We encourage our friends everywhere to take the extra precautions necessary to safeguard their health and that of others. It’s everyone’s responsibility to help stop the spread of this virus. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and your local health authorities are the best resources for updates and answers to questions.

Our team will continue to be available via email and through our social media channels should you need to contact us for any reason. We are, and will always be, here to support you no matter the reason.

Over the years, The Bear Factory community has been faced with challenges, I’m always inspired by how we emerge stronger and with an even greater sense of purpose and understanding from these adversities. We will persevere through this challenge, too. Thank you for your business, loyalty and patience.
