TBF Introduces Recycling Program with Earth Promise Commitment

The Bear Factory is committed to more than just providing children and adults with a fun Build-A-Buddy activity. It is our goal for children to enjoy building a pal, while also learning the responsibility we have to our planet. To The Bear Factory, Earth Day is every day; because we see firsthand the effects that large corporations can have on this earth’s sustainability. That is why we have taken steps as a company to minimize our carbon footprint, and we ask that you help us out in this task.

Earth doesn’t need a handful of people reducing waste, earth needs most people doing their best to reduce waste. This is where the idea of the Earth Promise Program was formed. We’d like your help in educating our youth on the effects waste and pollution have had on our earth’s wellbeing.

The Bear Factory is working on creating educational activities to implement in schools while building buddies. Although, in the meantime, The Bear Factory is providing a cotton Earth Promise recycling bag for each customer that purchases a full fiber pack case count for the month of June. The purpose of this bag is to collect the plastic from the fiber packs after use. The next step is to recycle the plastic. This is a simple, yet effective activity to inform kids how fun and easy it is to recycle!
