The Bear Factory Honors Anderson Farms with 2025 Growth Partner Award

Celebrating innovation, expansion, and family values through the Roam One mobile retail experience

Whitmore Lake, MI — The Bear Factory is proud to announce Anderson Farms as the recipient of the 2025 Growth Partner Award. This honor recognizes partners who demonstrate remarkable expansion, innovation, and alignment with The Bear Factory’s mission to create meaningful, sustainable plush experiences.

In 2025, Anderson Farms launched a Roam One travel trailer on their family farm in Colorado, introducing guests to a mobile “stuff a plush” retail experience unlike any other. Their investment in this new venture highlights not only their commitment to The Bear Factory program but also their dedication to delivering family-focused, memorable experiences to their community. Right from the start, their vision and enthusiasm have made them a standout success.

The story of Anderson Farms dates back more than a century. In 1911, Swedish emigrants August and Josephine Anderson purchased their first farm near Mead, Colorado, with their four children. Over generations, the family worked the land, growing crops like corn, sugar beets, wheat, and barley, while also raising cattle. In 1958, the family purchased their current farm property near Erie, Colorado, where the tradition continues today. Now into its fourth generation, Anderson Farms remains rooted in family values, hard work, and community connection, carrying forward the legacy of August and Josephine through new and innovative experiences for families.

The Growth Partner Award is presented to customers who not only achieve significant expansion in their operations but also embody creativity, vision, and commitment to shared success with The Bear Factory. Anderson Farms’ ability to blend tradition with innovation makes them a model partner.

“Bear Factory has exceeded our expectations.  We bought the trailer and parked it right by our entrance and exit.  The most popular animal was Hazel the Highland Cow.  Our team’s personal favorite is Tom the Turkey. The tshirts with our logo and the outfits were also very popular.  We are very happy we decided to add Bear Factory to our farm.” – Rachelle Wegele, Owner, Anderson Farms

“Anderson Farms represents everything the Growth Partner Award is meant to honor. Their deep family roots, paired with their forward-thinking approach, have made their Roam One launch a success right out of the gate. It’s inspiring to see how they’ve combined tradition with innovation, and we are proud to celebrate their growth and partnership.”Mike Anderson, VP of Business Development, The Bear Factory

The Pawsitive Impact Awards were created to recognize customers who go above and beyond, driving not only business success but also creating experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways. Anderson Farms is a shining example of growth built on values, community, and vision.
