We are excited to release our 2024 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, detailing The Bear Factory’s ongoing efforts and achievements in sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance.

The 2024 ESG Report outlines our initiatives and progress in key areas, including:

• Environmental Stewardship: The environmental aspect of ESG focuses on minimizing a company’s ecological footprint through carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and renewable energy adoption. Effective waste management, including recycling and responsible disposal, helps reduce landfill contributions, while water conservation efforts protect natural resources. These initiatives collectively minimize environmental impact and promote long-term sustainability.

• Governance: The governance pillar of ESG focuses on ethical business practices, leadership structures, and corporate policies that promote transparency and accountability. Strong governance includes risk management, regulatory compliance, and anti-corruption measures to prevent fraud and misconduct. Fair executive compensation and a well-balanced board structure support responsible decision-making. Prioritizing shareholder rights, financial transparency, and open communication helps companies build credibility and long-term success.
