Are you running an event with our products? We would love to give you all our tips and tricks for hosting a smooth operation. Our team has firsthand experience running Bear Factory events; we have learned new ways to provide our customers with the best experience. We advise you to practice beforehand if you use one of our stuffing machines, especially for the first time. Learn the ins and outs of the machine. The machines are powerful, so getting a feel of how much stuffing to put into each animal is essential. Stuffing with our machines is simple; make sure you allow the fiber to be mulched before starting. If you do not have a mulcher, please allow the fiber to cycle through the machine for 10-15 minutes before beginning to stuff. We encourage you to use a mulcher; you will find it more efficient.

Suppose you are planning to hand out bags with clothing or birth certificates. It may be best to prepackage them unless you have multiple clothing options or want the children to fill out the birth certificates at the time of stuffing. In that case, having multiple people running the show would be easiest. Have a designated stuffer, someone to receive the animals/ give the stuffed animals to the children, and another person to work with the customers filling bags, making certificates, and picking out hearts.
