1. Check Out Our Order Process Sheet
Feel free to place orders through the website or by email! All email orders may be sent to orders@thebearfactoy.com but may take longer to process. Please include the item counts and SKU numbers to minimize confusion. Check out our full Order Process Sheet by Clicking Here for more tips.
2. The Best Time to Place an Order is Before 1 PM EST
If an order is placed before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time, there is a higher chance that the order will be sent out the same day. Although it is not guaranteed that orders are shipped the same day as they are placed, The Bear Factory guarantees that all orders will be sent out within 1 business day of the order being placed. We do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible!
3. Order In Full Box Counts
Shipping costs are determined by the order’s shipping location and the weights/dimensions of the boxes being shipped. Therefore, the more items that fit into a box, the more cost-effective the order is! We package our 16” Plush in box counts of 18, and 8” Plush in counts of 36 qty. Feel free to mix and match the items in a box as long as the minimums are met!
4. Find online New Products and Out of Stock arrival on TBF’s Update Sheet
The Stock Sheet is located at the bottom of each page underneath Business Tools. This sheet is updated as soon as we receive notice of New Product arrival and out-of-stock arrival. Click Here to check out the stock update page.
5. Send Order Updates or Changes Through Email
Have a quick update or change with your order? We’d love to help you with the change over the phone or through email, but we always require a paper copy. Please email all order changes to orders@thebearfactory.com!
